Meet Beth Bates: Your Guide Through all things Menopause, the 'Upgrade'

 

Hello Stronger Sisters,

I want to introduce myself, my name is Beth Bates, and I’m here to tell you that you aren’t "breaking"—you’re upgrading.

With nearly 20 years in private practice as a Physical Therapist and Kinesiologist, , and two Master’s degrees in the science of how the body moves. I’ve spent my career obsessing over how we heal and thrive. 

But as I entered midlife myself, I started noticing patterns that weren't in the textbooks. I saw strong, capable women—women like me—struggling with their health due to the "system-wide" shift of the menopause transition.

It wasn't just "age-related change"; it was the misunderstood landscape of perimenopause and the life beyond. I realized we needed a place to unpack the science, share generational wisdom, and build a space where women could gather, feel heard, and feel empowered.

I dive into the deep end of the research and the overwhelming mountain of information so you don’t have to. I’m dedicating myself to bridging the gap between clinical science and the lived experience of the "Stronger Her." My mission is to turn the vast sources into tangible, evidence-based strategies you can use the minute you step away from your screen.

I want to eliminate the "frailty trap" that so often follows the menopause transition. I’ve built this space to be a credible repository of knowledge where you can:

Break plateaus and sculpt lean muscle with strategic, powerful workouts. Designed for those with a solid base who are ready to utilize dumbbells, kettlebells, or resistance bands. You'll move beyond the basics with targeted splits and progressive overload strategies.

POWERHOUSE

Push your limits and chase true strength gains with structured, heavy lifting. Ideal for individuals comfortable with barbells, squat racks, and compound movements (Squats, Deadlifts, Bench Press). This level focuses on periodized programming and advanced techniques to maximize power and size.
