You’ll notice that throughout The Stronger Her programs, our exercises are demonstrated by clean, clear illustrations rather than airbrushed fitness models. This is a deliberate choice.
As a Physical Therapist, I want your brain focused on one thing: The Process. When we look at photos of models, our brains often bypass the technical instructions and go straight to "comparison mode." We start measuring our midsections, our gear, or our progress against a stranger in a studio.
By using our signature "Stronger Her" figures, we remove the noise.
