Welcome Stronger Sisters,
I want to introduce myself, my name is Beth Bates, and I’m
here to tell you that you aren’t "breaking"—you’re upgrading.
Menopause is a system wide 'upgrade' happening in real time
and I want to help coach you through it. With nearly 20 years
in private practice as a Physical Therapist and Kinesiologist,
and two Master’s degrees in the science of how the body
moves. I’ve spent my career obsessing over how we heal and
thrive. For years, I noticed symptoms hitting women differently,
especially in midlife—patterns that the textbooks could not
explain.
Now, as I enter midlife myself, I am experiencing those same
shifts. I see strong, capable women—women like me—
struggling with their health due to the "system-wide" transition
of menopause. I want to be your reliable source for tangible,
evidence-based strategies you can use the minute you step
away from your screen.
We need a place to unpack the science, share generational
wisdom, and build a space where women can gather, feel heard, and be empowered. I dive into the deep end of the research and the overwhelming mountain of information so you don’t have to. I’m dedicating myself to bridging the gap between clinical science and the lived experience, so you can live stronger, more resilient and thoroughly thrive.
